Five buildings with 3 to 9 rooms. A group can live together in one building with a shared kitchen, garden and, in buildings 1A, 1B and 4, a living room.
Everything online
Every student has their own My Kuarto account: details, ID check, signing the lease online and uploading proof of payment. You keep the overview without loose emails.
Great location
In Steenrijk by the boulevard. Mambo Beach 3 minutes, supermarket 2 minutes, city centre and bus station within walking distance.

How it works for a group
- Send us the number of rooms, start date and period using the form below.
- Within one working day you get a proposal with available rooms and, if you like, one building for the whole group.
- Each student applies and signs their own lease online in My Kuarto. Per student or on one invoice, whatever works best for you.
- On arrival the PIN code is ready and we check the inventory list together.
Prices
Value €395, Standard €450, Standard Plus €465 and Deluxe €475 per month, including water, electricity and wifi. 5% off for 12 months or longer. Upfront: a two month deposit, the €34.95 admin fee, the €100 linen pack and the first month. For groups we are happy to make a tailored proposal.

Questions from schools and agencies
Can all students live in the same building?
Often yes. The buildings have 3 to 9 rooms. Tell us the number and period and we will see which building fits.
Who signs the lease?
Each student signs their own lease online in My Kuarto. If your organisation prefers to rent and assign the rooms itself, we are happy to discuss that.
Can you send one invoice?
Yes, for groups this is possible by arrangement.
What does an intern need to arrange for their stay?
A tourist stay is not enough for an internship; the student applies for a declaration by operation of law (verklaring van rechtswege) at the Curaçao Immigration Service. A signed lease is needed for the address. See our internship guide for more.
