The neighbourhood
GB20 is in Steenrijk, close to the Willemstad boulevard. Mambo and Madero Beach are 3 minutes away and the supermarket 2 minutes. Willemstad city centre and the bus station are within walking distance.
What do you pay upfront?
For a Standard room at €450 you pay before moving in: a two month deposit (€900), €34.95 admin fee and the first month (€450). Together €1,384.95. The €65 final cleaning is settled with your deposit when you leave and the rest is refunded within 30 days.
Questions about GB20
Is GB20 suitable for interns?
Yes. Most residents are interns and students staying in Curaçao for a semester or a year. You arrange your room online from home, including the lease and payment.
What is the minimum stay?
Six months. After that you can extend; when continued, one calendar month notice applies.
Is everything included in the rent?
Water, electricity and wifi are included in the monthly price, as is the use of the shared kitchen, bathroom and garden of your building.
Can friends stay over?
One guest at a time for up to two nights, with permission, at €13 per night. Pets are not allowed and smoking is only allowed outside.
