Can I rent an apartment for less than a year?
No, the Indjuweg 3 apartments are let on a yearly lease. For 6 months or longer, have a look at the GB20 rooms.
Are the apartments furnished?
Every apartment has a bed, mattress and air conditioning. Fridge and stove vary per apartment.
Are water, electricity and wifi included?
That varies per apartment. Where wifi is not included, you can add it for €20 per month.
Need a place sooner?
GB20 has furnished rooms available now from €395 per month all in, for at least 6 months.
