At GB20 your rent covers the furnished room, water, electricity and wifi, and use of the shared kitchen, bathroom and garden of your building. At Indjuweg 3 it differs per apartment: some include water, electricity and wifi, others do not. Every listing says exactly what is included.
No. Rooms at GB20 are rented for at least 6 months and apartments at Indjuweg 3 on a one year lease.
A deposit of two months rent, the €34.95 administration fee and the first month rent before your start date. For a Standard room that is €900 + €34.95 + €450 = €1,384.95. The €65 end cleaning is taken from your deposit when you leave, and the rest is refunded within 30 days.
By bank transfer in advance, with your room or apartment number and the month in the description, then email the proof of payment to us. At GB20 rent is due on the 1st with a €25 late fee after the 5th. At Indjuweg 3 rent is due by the 5th with a €25 late fee after that.
For a GB20 room, cancelling before your start date costs 10% of the contract price, with the deposit as the minimum and 10% of a 12 month contract as the maximum.
At GB20 one guest at a time for up to two nights, with permission, at €13 per night. At Indjuweg 3 up to two guests for up to two nights. Pets are not allowed at either location. At GB20 smoking is allowed outside only; at Indjuweg 3 smoking is not allowed on the premises.
